Our principals bring decades of combined experience building, financing, and scaling complex real estate portfolios and transformative projects.
Together, they've structured hundreds of millions in transactions, managed institutional portfolios, and founded successful ventures across multiple sectors. This proven track record positions NARA to deliver exceptional value in the rapidly evolving data center landscape.
Andy Rudenstein
Andy brings extensive capital markets and structured finance expertise, having begun his career at Fitch Ratings before managing Nomura's $15 billion loan portfolio and joining Credit Suisse's Real Estate Finance and Securitization group.
In 2002, he founded Blackheath Financial, building a firm that served major institutional clients before successfully selling to Accenture Credit Services. He also co-founded Article 9 Agents, which was later acquired by Wolters Kluwer.
Nikos Glimidakis
Nikos combines institutional real estate acumen with family office management expertise. His career began at Shorenstein & Associates and Jerry Black & Associates, focusing on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and complex financings.
Currently managing a multi-generational San Francisco real estate family office, he's grown the portfolio from approximately $5.5 million to over $75 million. His experience spans debt and equity transactions, and he's founded ventures across real assets and energy-related sectors.
Arthur Hood
Arthur specializes in structuring complex investments across real estate and diverse energy sectors, including coal, oil, gas, solar, and biofuels. He founded Global Capital Solutions in 2007, structuring or brokering over $300 million in financing.
In 2020, he formed HV Properties and now focuses on his commercial and residential portfolio while owning and operating entertainment and event venues across multiple U.S. markets. He divides his time between Dallas, Texas, and the Gulf Coast.
